我生成出来的pdf与你的不一致 #20

我的机器: win10

gitbook版本:
$ gitbook -V
CLI version: 2.3.2
GitBook version: 3.2.3

使用命令:
gitbook build
gitbook pdf

我生成出来的pdf文件左侧的菜单导航无法导航到对应的位置, 无论点击哪一个导航都是跳到pdf的顶部
还有一个区别:
你的pdf每页的顶部左侧会有灰色的字体显示该页所在导航的名称
而我生成的pdf顶部不会显示该页所在导航的名称

我不清楚这是什么原因, 该如何修复

这个我也不是很清楚，我不是win平台运行的，建议看下日志有没有什么输出
