On the order of 25% of output values are failing 2 bits in my first test. I think second test was similar

I did a quick review and everything looked correct to me (ex: both address and data mapping). Assuming my .jed is correct, might take a deeper dive to figure out what is going on

Maybe I parsed the .view file incorrectly?
