Add translations using mysql tables, add ics file generation

This release has updated mysql tables, which are used both for generating historically accurate info based on when Roman Missals were issued / published, and for generating localized strings in different languages (for now there is Italian, Latin, and English).
Also ics file generation was added to the endpoint, using "ics" as value of the "returntype" parameter.
