Caught in #366

-- stylua: ignore
function foo()
    return     false
end

... gets formatted as ...

-- stylua: ignore
function foo()
    return false
end

Seems to also be affected in -- stylua ignore [start/end]

This seems to have been caused by #250. Note that we should still respect range formating in these cases.
