In the paper, you said "To make cross-platform comparisons compatible, we take the PubChem ID as the identifier of drugs across Drugbank and LINCS database." I don't understand how to do this. In my work, I also need to convert drug identifier formats among different databases (e.g. DrugBank (DBxxx), PubChem(CIDxxx). So would you please tell me how can you convert drug identifier formats among different databases?
