Attributes containing dash (-) breaks lexer #1

Using attributes containing "-" breaks the lexer:
meta(name='viewport', content='width=device-width', initial-scale='1')

throws:
template: parsename:line: lexAttrName: expected '=' or ' ' U+002D '-'

returns nil
