Docker Logging: API #83

The current API is producing huge docker log files: see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59765204/how-to-list-docker-logs-size-for-all-containers

Added to docker compose:

logging:
driver: "json-file"
options:
max-size: "100m"
max-file: "5"

but temp fix. Need to explore problem
