Steps to reproduce the issue

Install JoomAdditionalImageFields v3.1.1
Activate plugin
Activate predefined fields (additional.tmp.xml)
Create two categories
Upload an image
Edit image and fill in fields
Move image from one category to the other

Expected result

Data in the additional fields are preserved.

Actual result

Data in the additional fields are deleted.

System information

PHP: 7.4.27
Database: MySQL 5.7.37
OS: Windows 10.0 build 19042
Joomla: 3.10.7
JoomGallery: 3.6.0 (including PR#78)
