GB Studio versions prior to 3 do not support exporting to .pocket format, and can only produce .gb ROMs. There are some GB Studio 2 games I'd like to be able to play on the Pocket, such as Dawn Will Come. Is it possible to patch these games into .pocket format?
My understanding is that for original GB games, the patch-creation process cannot be fully automated because they all work differently under the hood. However, since GB Studio 2 games all run on the same engine, is it practical to automate the patch-creation process (assuming the engine wasn't modified too extensively for that specific game)?
