Currently I'm maintaining a separate module, https://github.com/mkg20001/ursa, which has some of the changes merged in
I assume, based on the lack of activity, that you're looking for a new maintainer @JoshKaufman
Since I've maintaining the fork anyways, I thought I could just maintain the main package, too

@JoshKaufman please consider @mkg20001 request above. The issue with Node12 is a blocker and it appears that @mkg20001's fork has the fix.
