Any surface that isn't "ground" or prop does not play any footstep sounds. Basically, any elevators, doors, brush entities, literally any hammer entity it seems, does not play associated footstep sounds. Tested with no other footstep addons enabled

Note: This is also including any "null" surface, like walking on an invisible ground or out of bounds.
