For this, they should really be in a summary view because they are the most frequent messages in channels. There have already been ~3500 discretionary spendings, and ~250 salary adjustments so far. This means that like once per 24h there should be a summary of the last 24h in a single message rather than dozens of messages being sent into channels.

I checked requirements and checked "Joystream Operations" bot.
I need to know two things before I can start build the bot.
First, does bot make message when chain event happens as in "Joystream Operations" or make 24h summary as "mochet" wants?
I must know as programming is very different for instant message and 24h interval message.
Second, instead of automatic message I can make command as "/forum 2023.1.1 2023.8.1" that display all forum message from 2023.1.1 to 2023.8.1
What do you think?
