I discovered the following while reviving some untested functionality in CompactBases (see also JuliaApproximation/QuasiArrays.jl#32):

julia> using IntervalSets, QuasiArrays, ContinuumArrays

julia> r = Inclusion(0.0..1.0)
Inclusion(0.0..1.0)

julia> Q = QuasiDiagonal(r)
