Because LinearMaps is dropped in the v0.7 update, a lot of functions which implicitly use the LinearMaps version are now undefined for the array and derivative operators,
size(A, n)being one of them. This hotfix is enough to get the ExpRK tests running but we definitely need to look at the LinearMaps dropping issue in detail in the future.
