provide API to build a single file?

I'm wondering if this already exists somewhere, but I didn't find it. It would be great if we have this API then the integration with LiveServer.jl would gain much better refresh speed comparing to the current state.

Would be useful for Convex.jl too! I recently put our examples in our docs (jump-dev/Convex.jl#339), but if someone wants to work on one of the examples, they need to generate all the docs (and hence run all the other examples too) to see the rendered output, which takes a couple minutes.

Yeah, it gets pretty slow when you generate everything. I have quite small document but it takes nearly 3 minutes to build.
