In the latest GDAL.jl version, GDAL can't be loaded:

using GDAL
[ Info: Precompiling GDAL [add2ef01-049f-52c4-9ee2-e494f65e021a]
ERROR: LoadError: InitError: could not load library "C:\Users\kongdd\.julia\artifacts\d5b8f8fdb066669c8e4d1c3d54be9634420d4561\bin\libgdal-26.dll"
The specified module could not be found.

it works after reinstall all the julia packages
