This is similar to <a href="../gross_pitaevskii/#Gross-Pitaevskii-equation-in-one-dimension">Gross-Pitaevskii equation in one dimension</a> and we show how to define local potentials attached to atoms, which allows for instance to compute forces.</p><pre><code class="language-julia">using DFTK
