(Total beginner here) I tried to go through the wizard but it failed in a step that downloads a GCC artifact. Here is the complete output of my run:

Unfortunately BinaryBuilder doesn't really work on Windows, see for example #25 (note the 2-digit issue number), and #1246. I'm closing this ticket as duplicate of those issues.
