The remote tar archive changes without notice, and so does its sha256, so that the build fails. We'll have to use BinaryBuilder to build binaries that we control.

Unfortunately, BinaryBuilder is currently broken on 0.7 because of JuliaLang/PkgDev.jl#143, which JuliaLang/PkgDev.jl#144 promises to resolve...
