Getting no object DCH for MIME type multipart/mixed when trying to add attachment to email

I am trying to add an attachment to an email that is being created in the Email Writer. But am getting a no object DCH for MIME type multipart/mixed message. There is a file in the directory that is specified in the "File Full Path". We are running on 3.2.2.r.83

Does the email writer work for you to just send an email without trying to attach a file? What version of Java are you using? Are you using a Mail Server session as a resource or the global mail server? Would need to know more about how you configured this component (all the settings/input). I know I have this functionality running at a client using Metl 3.5.1 using the email writer to send basic emails as well as sending some with attachments.
