Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Manually converting time can be frustrating, especially if you don't know how.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a Time Converter class.

Using Java's built-in class / coding mathematical expressions myself.

Stuck using TimeUnit instead.
