Ordinal working for 1 to 9 range of number, but if the author provides 01-09 not working
due to this I change the pattern /^[0-9][0-9]*$/ in CSL.Util.outputNumericField
It works as 1st edn. but we need 01st edn.
Is this possible?

Is there are style guide that requires this formatting?
