Request: Titles Cleanup

There is two known issue those used sysupdater faced:
P1.Not exploitable to make CFW running.
Reason: 10.3 have more titles than 9.2.
P2.Duplicate system titles.
Reason: Some titles have different IDs for regions. including MiiPlaza.

So you could use 3 records to help with these.
1.The target TitleList (9.2): N3DS and O3DS.
2.The higher TitleList (10.3): N3DS and O3DS.

The 1 and 2 are from yellows8 server, thank him for that. Note that these aren't the full list, ever. You can embed the coded binary or text (so you can read from it) inside the pack.

Once the major stage of installing pack is finished, load the installed title list once more.
If title belongs to other region (that different ID): remove it. This solves the P2.
If title belongs to a higher verion of the same region: remove it. Might help solving P1.
Thus you can let your app do the clean up work for the users.
