Custom race not allowing to start the server

hi i have a problem where when i try to start the server on the shutoko revival project map i need to be able to switch from quick race to practice but when i do so i click start and it wont show me anything. it says down on the bottom of the screen that the race has started but when i try joining the server isnt even on
