Enable wellioviz to work with Dash or Panel or other python viz things

Relevant information

Wellio.js is a companion library that converst LAS 2.0 well logs to JSON. There has been some work converting LASIO JSON to WEllIO JSON = https://github.com/JustinGOSSES/wellio.js
