Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is hard for a manager to see who have apply for their services.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could add a page where:

There is a list with people who haven't signup for a service this week.
There is a button to send a notification to them (push or mail for now)
Maybe another list with people who already signup for a service
