What's Hoa\Database? A DBal? Why do you need a SQL grammar?

This one was just a PoC, it needs to be refactored a bit to be more consistent/maintainable.

Hoa\Database is a Database Abstract Layer, yup. But it also includes a query builder (see Hoa\Database\Query).

If we provide a library that speaks a specific language, we have to provide the grammar of this latter, for the sake of consistency and for the state of the art. Moreover, it will be very helpful to have a grammar to test the query builder.

And also because I love grammars and I have started to write an SQL one just while discovering your project. So you're the first, you have the priority ;-).
