What type of PR is this?

/kind feature

What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR adds the new ENABLE_PPROF environment variable. When enabled, Tavern will register pprof endpoints and profiling will be enabled. Updates the documentation to provide examples on how to collect performance profiles.
