Compass.app is very slow on network drive

Since i've got all my code on an NAS, and linked it to my pc as an Z: drive (windows 8), it cost my some minute to compile my scss to css.

I'm not working on wireless, because that's more slower!

I wanna know how that could be. And how i can fix this. Let me know!

I have exactly the same issue with Fire.app

• Fire.app (lastest version) is on Windows 8.
• Files are on a local Linux server.

After after saving a simple .scss file : 45 seconds to have a compiled .css file.
