KLY-WVM implementation

This is the separate repository for KLY-WVM - a WASM-based, mutable, CIIP-X improved, post-quantum, with extra features, cross-VM calls and tons of offchain logic, crosschain abilities and much more.

How can use it?

KLYNTAR symbiotes can load it as a dependency, use in their workflows, fork it and use to improve KLY ecosystem
