its common to find a few incorrect location results in the output. Most often it's with cities that have the same name as a more prominent (and therefore more likely to be the actual mention) city. Also cities who's name is the same as a word that is not necessarily referring to a city (i.e. 'progress' , 'young' , 'eagle', 'Aleppo'(species of pine tree) ).
These issues throw off the data (its a confusing notion that research on pine trees would happen in Aleppo, Syria) but are easy to identify. It may be the best fix just to delete problem entires (more likely to undermine trends in output than support them) manually in the text files they are loaded from.
