Tatooine Sandpeople Enclave - Facing issues when returning vaporators

• When you return to the Chieftain with the moisture vaporators, there tend to be loads of facing issues with HK chopping back and forth between the Chieftain and the player. This can probably be alleviated with better party herding. Edit: The party is already assigned jump waypoints, they are just poorly laid out.
• There is a briefly visible fade-in on module transition before the conversation starts. Needs a HoldWorldFadeInForDialog.
• The player can end up frozen on the line when the Chieftain takes the vaporators.

1.10.0 beta test observations:

• The party positioning still seems poor, resulting in the player constantly having their back to the chieftain. Would be better to move HK and the player to either side of the chief so they don't have to reorient all the time. I think this was already done for the storyteller, for example.
