If you ended the Sandral vs Matale quest with both families killing each other, when you speak to Vandar his opening line about it (E44 - There has been a report of a terrible battle...) has him looping the flirt animation. It results in him twitching his head like he is having some sort of seizure. Needs to be switched to TALK_SAD, or if that still doesn't look good then a generic TALK_NORMAL.

While on the subject of Vandar's DLG and the Sandral/Matale Feud quest, asking what to do about them remains a reply option even after the quest is completed. Probably needs a starting conditional to remove it once the quest is finished.

Looks like he already has a global boolean specifically for this - DAN_VANDARS_DONE.
