Weird Infantry Positions in Haiti Provinces

Explanation of the issue:
There's some weird positioning of infantry in most of the Haitian provinces that could probably use a bit of a nudge.

Quick questions:

OS: Windows 10
HoI4 version: 1.5.4
Kaiserreich version: 0.8

Screenshots / Video:

The infantry is standing right on the border so it should be moved either further to the left or up/down into the larger areas of the province depending on what looks better.

This is a small tthing, but the shadow and the infantry itself don't quite meet here.


Both of these infantry divisons are partly standing on the ocean and should be nudged further inland.
