Android UI error on startup screen + settings dialogue

Current Behavior

Minor UI Error on Android 14

a) Startup dialogue after installing app section "Choosing language" drop down is to large for screen and exceeds drawn box

b) Scroll bar size is changing and when scrolling from up and down within settings dialogue and is sometimes shorter or longer.

c) No App Icon shown within the AndroidMediaControls on the left upper corner

Expected Behavior

a) proper scaled drop down menu
b) one-size scrolling bar that indicates the actual position on the page in relation to the entire page
c) Showing App Icon within the AndroidMediaControls on the left upper corner

Steps to reproduce

to a)

1. install app new (tested with both v3.6.0 and v3.7.0)
2. go through initial startup screen and to the selection of "Language & Region"
3. have a look to the two drop-downs
   • Marketplace Region (is properly scaled)
   • Language -> is too large for the screen

to b)

1. open settings dialogue
2. scroll down / up and watch the size of the scroll-bar that is changing depending on the current section that is shown on the screen

Additional GUI errors:

• [Windows] v3.7.1 also shows the same behaviour for the mentioned scroll bar sizing bug (item (b) mentioned above) when having long lists. Just start scrolling down on the browse tab and the size is changing as well inconsistent

• [Android] v3.7.1 scroll bar slider under tab: library -> local -> then open "Downloads" (needs to contain already a rather large list of downloaded files) ==> when moving down the slider is behind the "currently playing bar" and even behind the bottom menu bar.
