Current Behavior

  1. Spotube in v3.7.1 cannot be resized in its heigth so that it fits to the screen size. Instead, the bottom part is hidden behind the task bar an cannot be accessed
  2. Only resizing in height seems to be limited but not in width.
  3. Only maximizing the window will resize and rescale the window so that it fits to the screen resoultion and screen size

Expected Behavior

Flexible resizing of the window both in height and in width so that it does not exceeds the actual available screen size in the smallest window height.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Windows App,
  2. resizing the window in height by clicking the frame of the title bar
  3. trying to make it as small as possible --> highly limited
  4. try the same for the width --> super flexible

Operating System

Windows 11

Spotube version

v3.7.1

Installation source

Website (spotube.netlify.app) or (spotube.krtirtho.dev), GitHub Releases (Binary)

Additional information

The occurance of the problem might be linked to certain screen resolutions and settings.

Occured with:

  • 1920x1080 recommended resolution of the screen
  • DPI of 150% (recommended)
  • 14'' screen
