The "Play" button in cards has too little clickable area

Current Behavior

The "Play" button in cards has too little clickable area, so it's not easy to click on it by mouse.
Examples:
Hovered and clickable:

Not hovered and not clickable, jumping into the card instead:

Seems it hovers well only if the mouse is over the dark triangle object.

Expected Behavior

The full circle of the button should be clickable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Library.
2. Try to quickly click "Play" on the "Liked Tracks" without precise pointing.
