The most recent version of said mod seems to be 0.1.5, CKAN has 0.1.5.1 listed and thus, when trying to download, throws the error message "Failed to download "https://spacedock.info/mod/885/HullcamVDS Continued/download/0.1.5.1" - error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found." as said address indeed goes nowhere. It should try "https://spacedock.info/mod/885/HullcamVDS Continued/download/0.1.5", which works fine.
