E.g. generate: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KWB-R/pubs/master/content/de/publication/10/index.md?token=AC3JAI2IL45YHKXEJO6ZRAS7KICV4

I.e. get rid dependencies:

Python -> academic-admin
Endnote.xml -> kwb.endnote
Endnote_bibtex.txt (only required for "citations" file !!)
