Explanation of the issue:

(Cosmetic Issue)
Huey Long is President of the USA, while following the USA (Federalist) Focus Tree and while having the "Overwhelming Longist Resistance" Modifier.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. [AI] Federalist-USA (MacArthur) wins civil war (followed the path to restore Democracy after Victory, Nance Gardiner was elected I believe).
  2. [AI] USA went to war with Entente to retake New England.
  3. [Player] National-Populist NatFrance (DeGaulle/Integralist) Releases USA as a puppet after war.
  4. USA leader is National-Populist Huey Long despite retaining Federalist-USA Focus Tree and modifiers for Longist Resistance (gained before USA was puppeted)

Possible cause:
Huey Long is probably the default leader for National populists.

It should probably just be a check to change the "Overwhelming Longist Resistance" (or equivalent spirit) tags to change to "Overwhelming Federalist Resistance" if Huey Long is the leader of the USA. It may also be good to change the Focus tree (although it will probably be rare for a Nat-Pop country to puppet the USA).

Alternatively, it may be easier just to replace Huey Long as the default American Nat-Pop leader with some other, more obscure US Politician in the event that the AUS loses the civil war (this would probably be the least-difficult change).

All in all, it's a minor issue and may not even be worth fixing.

I hit "ministers" thinking it was "leaders" so I guess the tag is wrong; not sure how to fix that.
