COF/SRI - Adjust border to accurately reflect historic border

Looking at the border between the Commune of France and the Socialist Republic of Italy, I notice that the two nations are using the modern post-World War II border that was defined by the Treaty of Paris (1947). I propose to adjust the border to reflect the French-Italian border as defined by the Treaty of Turin (1860). This is due to the fact that this was the established border between the two nations and I highly doubt that two allies both in World War I and as syndicalist nations would change their border, especially of one is recieving territorial losses.
