SER (Serbia/Yugoslavia) - Additional generals in the socialist Serbia path

Hi again, I'd like to suggest a couple generals for socialist Serbia in the Kaiserreich mod. Given that in the mod Serbia has Montenegro, it feels like a little bit of a missed opportunity to not include many of the irl prominent Yugoslav partisan commanders (who were disproportionately from Montenegro). Additionaly I'm also suggesting another Serbian general by the name of Sreten Žujović.

I'd like to suggest a couple generals for socialist Serbia in Kaiserreich.

The generals added would be:

Arso Jovanović --- would be added with the focus called "Foster the Young Guard Clique" (in which Koča Popović is already to the army added in current KR)
Peko Dapčević, Sava Kovačević and Sreten Žujović --- would be added with the focus called "Promotion Frenzy" (in which Blažo Jovanović and Vukašin Marković are already added to the army in current KR)

Describe the specific change you would like:
I would like for Kaiserreich devs to add more generals to socialist Serbia, preferably to ones I listed but other ones would also be welcome ^_^

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
Irl many Yugoslav partisan commanders, including prominent ones, were of Montenegrin origins. Given that in the Kaiserreich mod Serbia starts out with having Montenegro, I was a little bit disappointed that the roster of generals for socialist Serbia is so small.

I've already added Arso Jovanovic, I think they don't need much more since they are supposed to start with a less numerous army staff than the other factions.
