Explanation of the Issue

I was doing Zhili Exile Run when Manchu Coup happened with its backer being Zhang Tianran. Except Shandong was annexed ans suddenly released.

Steps to reproduce

Set Qing to go Manchu Coup, and then have the backer be Zhang Tianran
