Pataut Zhongshe party is removed from power in 1944 election event and replaced by NCERA, despite not having created the conditions for this.

Steps to reproduce

Playing Manchu restoration Qing, selected Zhongshe party alone, maintained them through 1940 event, during 1944 election event NCERA is brought into power.
