Explanation of the issue:
When Chen Jiongming arrives in Sichuan, Ye Ju is supposed to join the roster alongside him; however, he is missing. The other generals, Lin Hu and Hong Zhaolin, are present.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Officer Department win in Sichuan, set Guangxi game rule to New Guangxi Victory and Guangxi-Guangdong War game rule to KMT coup (I went with Right KMT takeover but I suppose Left KMT takeover would work too)

2. Accept Chen when he arrives in Sichuan.
