USA, PSA, TEX - Give all American unifiers New England's entente focus tree

Describe the specific change you would like:
Give all of the American factions New England's entente focus tree, which involves them helping to repair Britain and France, as well as taking over faction leadership. The CSA could maybe get something similar for the internationale, but I think they'd care less about taking over the faction since the hierarchy wouldnt matter as much to the socialists.

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
The only time the Entente really sees success is if they have an America in their faction. Most American unifiers are really railroaded into joining them as well, as its really the only way to make them a strong faction. As such, I think the USA, PSA, and AUS should all also have access to New England's entente tree, where they help rebuild the mainland and also take over faction leadership.

There's basically no timeline where an America in the entente wouldn't end up taking it over. In fact, out of all the unifiers, New England should be one of the least likely to be in a position to take over the entente, as they are working from the smallest powerbase (The PSA is the only faction whos powerbase is even smaller). The AUS has the whole south as a powerbase and the USA has either the entire east coast or the entire western half of the country as a powerbase. It'd be a lot easier for them to reconstruct and take over the faction than New England, which only has the northeast.

The entente focus tree provides a nice amount of flavor, so it'd be a good bandaid to slap onto the current aging American content. At the moment, only the CSA and New England feel like truly modern tags, as the rest of the American content feels like its starting to lag behind the more current quality standards.

Additional context or comments:
Some may think this would take away from New England's uniqueness, but I disagree. They'd still be a lot more intertwined with Canada since they basically need each other to take over the US, and additionally New England has its other 2 non-entente foreign policy paths.

Also, if this change was implemented, obviously the flavor text for the focuses should probably change to more fit with whatever faction took over.

It should be noted that with the addition of the ability to take over the entente by any member strong enough, this is basically unnecessary now. However, I still think adding the entente tree in could be nice, mainly because of the flavor focuses about reconstructing the UK, France, and Italy. This could be closed if the NE dev would rather it be exclusive though.
