Project Description

This project aims to analyze behavioral health and supplement healthcare practice with community health metrics in Alaska using a data federation approach. By leveraging data from various sources, we can gain insights into behavioral health patterns and improve healthcare practices in the community.

Setup Instructions

To set up and run this project, follow these steps:

  1. Clone the repository to your local machine:

    git clone https://github.com/KathiraveluLab/Beehive.git
    
  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd BEEHIVE
    
  3. Install the project libraries:

    pip install requirements.txt
    
  4. Configure the project settings:

    • Update the .env file with the correct MONGODB_CONNECTION_STRING.
    • Modify any other project-specific settings as required.
  5. Start the project:

    python3 app.py
    
  6. Open the server on browser:

    http://localhost:5000
