Alpine roars loop infinitely until game is closed #299

When alpines perform their group chain roar action, there is a chance that a roar being delayed due to distance/elevation? may trigger an infinite loop of roars. Once this loop is triggered the roaring animation does not play and the alpines merely stand and eternally scream in some kind of nightmare mountain chorus. Closing one's game/moving all alpines out of earshot of each other ends this loop, however unloading the alpines does not end the loop, meaning that on servers they just keep howling, driving all unfortunate passing players to insanity.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Spawn/gather a group of Alpines, somewhat spread out. 4-5 works but it'll begin faster in large groups.
  2. Remain around them for a while as they chain roar
  3. Eventually they will stop playing the roar animation and the sound loop begins.

Version: Wyrmroost v.1.2.11, Minecraft 1.16.5
