Create new BikeTag Ambassador process

Adding a new BikeTag Ambassador will be more than just the data of email and name. We currently have three emails that we send new potential BikeTag Ambassadors to get them onboarded to the platform. Now that we have the ability to support social logins and have an admin tool with this new biketag-app (2.0), we can also include agreements and invite links to automate the previously manual process.

The only required fields for a BikeTag Ambassador are:

name
email
initial game?

this should send a new welcome to the BikeTag Ambassador program email to the email address provided

1 ) Input name, email, and other fields
2 ) Assign to games
3 ) All set! (Links out to login page)
