Add failover domain #19

For some reason, in the BikeTag project, we have an issue with recently created domains:
https://northshore.biketag.org/
and
https://provincetown.biketag.org/

which are not resolvable. The requests don't appear to hit the server at all. However,

https://northshore.biketag.us/ and https://provincetown.biketag.us/ both resolve just fine, which is being handled by the same server application. What gives??

Anyways, to overcome this issue, let's add a "fallback" domain or a "failover" domain for when the health check of a given endpoint fails.
